Four fundamental observations led to the creation of Keley Consulting:
  • New technologies bring possibilities for strategic departures (but call for a true departure in ways of thinking).
  • The success of a multichannel project requires an overall vision: market, technology, organization, human resources.
  • Recommendations from solutions providers are often biased and incomplete. Any thinking driven by technology is destined to fail.
  • Knowledge of the field is essential in a domain where details make all the difference. Expertise without experience can lead to poorly adapted recommendations.

The Founding Team The Founding Team
Pierre Guimard

Consultant in Management and Organization. Areas of expertise: Internet, CRM, Call Center.

Founding associate, Pierre Guimard began his career in Consulting with Accenture and then with the Boston Consulting Group, firms for whom he conducted missions dealing with strategy, organization, implementation of information systems and development of Internet activity.

He later worked for Fnac.com as its Director of Customer Relations and Director of transversal projects. In particular, he directed the re-design of the Fnac.com site, along with various projects in marketing, logistics and electronic banking. Pierre Guimard earned his degree at ESSEC (International Business School of Europe) in Paris.

Jean-François Fortunato

Consultant in Organization and Information Systems.

Areas of expertise: e-marketing, implementation of relations programs, customer loyalty policies, Internet technologies.

Funding associate, Jean-François Fortunato began his career with IBM as a project manager for large accounts in France and in the United States. He then joined Wunderman, a marketing and relations agency, as Director of e-Solutions, in Paris and then Toronto. In particular, he brought to completion projects in the fields of mass-marketed products, the computer industry, and the automobile industry. Jean-François Fortunato earned his degree at the ENSERG (Graduate School of Electronics and Radioelectricity) in Grenoble.
